good stay but some improvements needed

The comfortable bed made for an excellent night's sleep. The kids had a great time at the pool, which was a highlight for our family.

The breakfast area could be larger to accommodate everyone comfortably.

The large room was enjoyable, but the bathroom leak was inconvenient.

Family-Friendly Relaxation Spot

The indoor heated pool was just perfect. I spent hours unwinding there after a long day. And don’t get me started on the staff-Crystal really came through when we had a toilet issue in our room. She upgraded us like it was nothing!

The pool was awesome, and the room was super clean and spacious. Plus, the laundry facilities were a lifesaver!

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

I had the best time staying in a spacious suite with a cozy recliner! The indoor pool was a lovely escape and the complimentary breakfast offered just about everything I could want. Plus, the staff were incredibly responsive, adding that warm touch to my stay!

We had a delightful family stay with our kids. The indoor heated pool was a hit. we spent hours splashing around! The staff, especially Winn at the front desk, made us feel right at home and accommodated our requests. Easy access to Terry's Diner for family meals was a plus.

My children wanted a little more variety in the breakfast options. It would be great to see some kid-friendly choices like pancakes or waffles.

Had a great time with friends! We hit up San Manuel Indian Bingo and Morongo Casino for some entertainment. Can't forget to recommend Terry's Diner for a delicious breakfast. The rooms were spacious and super clean, making our stay even better!

One downside was an interaction with a front desk staff member who was quite rude and unhelpful during a reservation issue.

i had a fantastic long stay here, even better than my previous visit to redlands. the cleanliness and tranquility were impressive, making it a perfect place for both work and relaxation. the breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of options, including fresh fruits and hearty entrees.

the elevator was out of service.
